Our History

The company was founded by Rocco Giustino, in 1961 and incorporated in 1967. Now the mantle has been passed to his grandson, Rocco J. Esposito, who owns and operates one of the longest-operating commercial contracting family-owned businesses in the state.

Beginning in Westchester over 40 years ago, Roc Mar has recently moved to Patterson, New York. While Roc Mar has grown to serve the greater New York tri-state area, the history and roots of the company have not been forgotten.  We invite you to give us a call and understand what three generations of quality, commitment and pride are all about.
